Take INTERSTATE 81 SOUTH, exit at 481 SOUTH.
Then Exit 3 to Route 5 West, DeWitt
When Route 5 veers right to become Erie Boulevard, instead continue straight on Genesee Street
May Memorial is located at 3800 E. Genesee Street, on the left hand side just as you enter the Syracuse City Limits.

From the South

Take INTERSTATE 81 NORTH, and get onto 481 NORTH.
Take the exit for ROUTE 5 WEST, DeWitt
When Route 5 veers right to become Erie Boulevard, instead continue straight on Genesee Street
May Memorial is located at 3800 E. Genesee Street, on the left hand side just as you enter the Syracuse City Limits.

From the East

Take the Thruway, Interstate 90, WEST to INTERSTATE 481 SOUTH.
Then Exit 3 to Route 5 West, DeWitt
